| A: Most junk removal jobs are completed on a Same or Next-Day basis. Please call us as soon as you find out when you want the unwanted junk removed so that we can accomodate your time. |

| A: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Evenings jobs are available at limited area. |

| Q: How do I pay for my disposal job? |

| A: We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks, Money Orders and PayPal. |

| A: Yes, we do - call us for the best prices on hauling services . |

| Q: Will you remove junk from inside my home or building? |

| A: Yes, we can. A small surcharge may apply. |

|
| A: Yes, we do. We have recently seen a large increase in electronic waste being discarded from our clients, so we don't charge for e-waste, you pay as a normal item. |
